How to Join #TeamJami

Hello #TeamJami friends!

Jami's 30th birthday is on July 14th and we want to celebrate #TeamJami style!  All of Jami's friends and family are invited to join us!  We are grateful for all of you and the support you've been to Jami.

For our #TeamJami surprise we are going to be making a video for her.  We will have more details/instructions on this blog soon.  And we will post more about Jami's health and how she's doing.  But in order to get things moving forward quickly we want to know who is interested in helping with this surprise.

How do I join and what should I do?

1. Fill out the form below
2. Wait for a package to arrive in the mail around mid/late June
3. Read the instructions
4. Film you/your family sending Jami "wishes" with the special "wish paper/candle" that will be in the package
5. Send us the video before July 10th
6. Keep this all a surprise - no social media or talking about it with Jami until her birthday on July 14th

We will send you more information and detailed instructions soon.  Right now we just want to know who is interested in participating so we know how many packages to make.
